Bri-Mac was founded in 1984 by Brian McCairn. Today, his son Paul McCairn (graduate in mechanical and production engineering), manages the company, following in his fathers tradition. In addition to a strong UK customer base, Paul is enthusiastic and eager to promote the companies products on a worldwide scale. Recently, we have been successful in securing bearing housing business from all corners of the globe.

Specialising in the design and manufacture of quality bearing housings, Bri-Mac pride themselves on an immediate and dedicated response to standard and special bearing housing solutions. Bri-Mac offer a full design service to any of its customers who have non standard requirements. We can advise on the best material and manufacturing process for your requirement.

The latest state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software enables Bri-Mac to design and manufacture products to the highest standards.

We have a comprehensive range of machine tools to perform a wide selection of operations and a policy of continual improvement. Bri-Mac have purchased a new super turning CNC machine which will be able to deal with diameters up to 700 mm. It will keep us in the forefront of engineering expectations and satisfy demanding applications.

Quality is very important for us. Bri-Mac operate a quality system which meets the requirements of ISO 9002. Dimensional inspection reports, material certificates and test certificates are available on request to provide full traceability.

The safe and prompt delivery of our product to our customers is part of our service. We can offer a door-to-door service to our European customers and our export division can arrange sea freight and air freight to suit the tightest deadlines.
