The Bri-Mac Workforce

	Paul McCairn, Managing Director Paul has spent his entire working career working for Bri-Mac Engineering. He is educated to degree level in mechanical and production engineering and is highly experienced in solving bearing housings solutions. His role at Bri-Mac includes sales, purchasing and managing strategy to help improve Bri-Mac's competitive advantage. Paul is also a board member of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, where he has the responsibility of representing the manufacturing sector. He is the vice chairman of the Midlands World Trade Forum. It helps companies develop their export performance by providing a forum through which they can help each other.
	Gail McCairn, Financial Director Along with Paul, Gail is the joint owner of Bri-Mac Engineering Limited. As company director Gail is responsible for finance and administration. Previously she has worked in the banking sector for 20 years and has considerable experience in this area.
	Dave Holdnall, Production Manager With over 15 years service Dave is responsible for manufacturing. He is tasked with the job of selecting the most suitable machine at his disposal to satisfy our customer's high expectations. Also, to improve the production methods, to further enhance the efficiency of Bri-Mac's production.
